Customer Reward Points
This is our way of saying we appreciate your continued business. You earn 1 point for every £1GBP you spend with us, and every 10 points is worth £1GBP

e.g If you spend £10GBP you will earn 10 points (or £1) which can be redeemed off a subsequent order. The more you spend the more you save!! Reward points are valid for 3 months.

Tracking Your Points
To track your points, simply log in to your Client Account to view both your point totals and their discount £Sterling value. You can also view specific orders in your Orders History to view the points earned and used on each order.

Paying with Points

• 1. After adding products to your cart, proceed to checkout.
• 2. On the payment screen, select "Points" as your payment method. 
• 3. Click "Complete Order." 
• 4. If your points do not cover your order total, you will be redirected to select a second payment method to complete your purchase.

Recommendation Service

You can now earn extra points simply by recommending our website to your friends and collegues. Once they place an order on our site you will receive the full points value for their initial order. As an encouragement for them to order quickly they will also be emailed with a time expiry "Discount Coupon" for even more savings.
