Very pleased with these
Advantages: Very comfortable, can't feel them when you're lying on your side - much better than butterfly-backed metal studs! Safe to leave in for a while.
Disadvantages: Bit fiddly to put in the lobes, but worth it if you don't plan to change them up for a while.
