Lovely quality, ball on 4mm is beautifully recessed so a suitably sized ball can be used and screw on tight and clean. Excellent communication for a backorder.

Bought the 5mm and 6mm gauge 12mm long barbells, to replace the BCR's I have in my scrotum, perfect fit and very comfortable, with a decent sized ball on the ends, unlike some of their competitors who have much smaller balls, which can easily be pulled through the piercing. Am now waiting for JoBananas to restock on the 4mm x 12mm barbell
