Buying Body Jewellery over the internet can be a daunting experience, but that doesn't need to be the case now you have found our website. At JoBananas we have been selling Body Jewellery through our online shop since 2001!

We are in the United Kingdom but we ship Worldwide.
How quickly do you send orders?
We carry good levels of stock at our warehouse so most orders are sent within 1 business day.
We get deliveries from our suppliers several times a week so If any item is out of stock when we pack your order it will usually only be delayed by a day or 2, if it is likely to be longer than this we will notify within 3 days of you placing your order by email and tell you when it should be available, we always give you the option of having an an alternative item or a refund if you prefer not to wait.

Is the jewellery that you sell good quality?
Our jewellery is very high quality, our Steel is 316L Surgical Steel and our Titanium is Grade 23 (or 6AL-4V ELi) medical grade.
You can be confident that we check all jewellery before sending it and if you have any problems at all we always endevour to help in any way that we can.
We anodise all of our Titanium Body Jewellery in house, which means that we can offer lots of different colour choices including unusual Titanium colours such as Peach, Bronze, 2 Tone Purple Blue and Teal.
We also do our own Gold Plating which enables us to offer a huge range of Gold Plated Body Jewellery designs.
How do I know what size I need?
Please have a look at our measuring guide it is very important when you buy Body Jewellery that you purchase the correct size (just like buyng clothes or shoes). You will need to know the thickness of the jewellery and the length or diameter that you require. This is fairly easy to measure but if you are unsure your piercer should be able to advise.
Are your Plugs / Tunnels sold in pairs?
Unless otherwise stated in the item description all of the products that we sell are sold individually. Some people only stretch one ear lobe, or have 2 stretched ears at different sizes, so we sell plugs and tunnels as singles, if you would like 2 you would need to put 2 in your shopping basket.
Can I telephone with my order?
Unfortunately in order to be PCi compliant we are not allowed to take payment details over the telephone, so I am afraid that we cannot accept telephone order. You can pay on our website using your debit or credit card or Paypal.
