These gem set titanium balls can be used to join 4 pieces of internally threaded body jewelry together, they are made out of Grade 23 Titanium and the threads on them are 1.2mm thick. The ball is set with a sparkly crystal clear gem. Internally threaded jewellery is great for body piercings because it is easy to put in and less likely to cause any irritation when fitted because the whole shaft of the jewellery is smooth.
