I ordered 3 and 4mm cones.
I did not use the 3mm cones as I found them far too fiddly for me to put in as they are tiny. This is personal preference and the item is as described.
I much prefered 4mm which is still small but easier to put in and more visible.

Disadvantages: Fiddly to put in at 3mm but this is normal for all internally threaded ends at the same size.

These are very good everyday wear for stretched earlobes. The silicone rubber makes them easy to put in and get out, they're comfortable and hardwearing. I bought these as spares for the pair I bought some years ago that are still going strong, just in case I lose one or it breaks, not that the old ones show any signs of perishing or cracking even after several years of being worn 24/7. Would definitely recommend!

These silicone discs are really good got rid of piercing bumps on my daughters ear really fast. would recommend purchasing before getting a piercing so that you can get it put on there by the piercer to stop barbell from moving and stop you from getting the dreaded bumps in the first place.
