This is a pretty syandard product available from just about all body jewelry shops. The price here is competitive and the item arrived promptly. When using for a PA I would recommend buying a spare ball of a larger size to ensure that the bar doesn't slip backwards and disappear down the urethra; which is extremely uncomfortable.

Some sellers do not offer different sized balls and the one I bought from Jobanana was very cheap, so I will make this site my first stop for any future purchases.
