Internally Threaded Large Gauge Straight Barbell - Steel

The large gauge straight barbells are internally threaded, this means that the balls have the thread on them which is inserted into a hole in the end of the barbell. Internally threaded body jewellery is very popular, particularly in large gauge piercings as the thread will not snag or catch when the jewellery is inserted into the piercing.
