These Grade 23 barbells are internally threaded (the ball and spike have a 1.2mm thread to screw into the hole in the bar). Internally threaded jewellery is easy to insert into piercings and because the whole bar is smooth they are less likely to cause any irritation when fitted. The spike measures 5mm and both ends are removable. The barbell is 1.6mm (14 gauge) in thickness and available in 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, 18mm, 20mm, 22mm, 30mm, 34mm, 36mm, 38mm or 40mm lengths so can be worn in many different piercings. Available in a choice of Titanium colours, the ball, barbell and spike will be the same colour. |
