This titanium attachment is for internally threaded body jewellery such as barbells or labrets, it is made out of Grade 23 Titanium and the thread is 0.9mm thick and for 1.2mm (16 gauge attachments). The design features 4 clear Gem Circles, the largest is 4mm with a 3mm and two 1.5mm gems to give a classy look. Internally threaded jewellery is great for body piercings because it is easy to put in and less likely to cause any irritation when fitted because the whole shaft of the jewellery is smooth.
