I bought the 6mm and 8mm shaft for a healing helix. WOW!!! The small disc is so much better. Currently have the 6mm in my helix so I have put the 8mm in my healing outer conch. I would highly recommend this type of labret for cartilage piercings. Just ordered another 6mm for my outer conch and will soon be ordering another 3 x 6mm for my triple helix.
