I love this piece. I got it gold coated, they made sure to coat the screw for me as well so it all matches. One side is a screw, the other is more like a peg? So there's only one hole in the surface instead of two which I've seen with some similar designs. None of the edges are sharp, which was my main concern after having clickers in the past with sharp seams. Super easy to put in, comfy to wear, and I don't have to worry about it coming undone or anything.
