Small discreet jewel and really comfortable to wear. 1 week after I had the piercing done the original jewellery fell out, so I put this bioflex one in. Because it is flexible it's much more comfortable, and the shape means it can't fall out. It also seems to be helping the piercing to heal - the swelling and pain went down a lot as soon as I put this in.
