Spare balls are very well made. They are practically essential for PA piercings. Usually when you buy a banana barbell, the balls at the end are too small and slip into your urethra which is quite uncomfortable. I recommend buying at least 8-10mm as minimum size if you want to put at the end of the barbell for PA piercings. It doesn't really made what size the other ball is, although for balance its good to have them roughly similar.
Advantages: Great fit. snug. highly polished.
Disadvantages: No disadvantages.

I was impressed by jobananas' fast delivery and these 12mm balls to fit their internally threaded bars. I haven't been seen this size readily available elsewhere.
Advantages: Oh yeah 12mm balls are great for an "indulgent" session
Disadvantages: The thread on these balls didn't nip up as tight normal. I dropped a ball in polite company lol, but hey, an interesting conversation was had afterwards.

I bought this for the barbel in my Prince Albert percing. The barbel I had, which I bought elsewhere, came with both balls the same size, which meant that it would slip backwards and the front ball would disappear into the uretha, which was quite uncomfortabe.
The people I got the barbel from didn't do larger balls so I ordered one from Jobanana. Unfortunately the threads didn't match so I then ordered a Jobanana barbel. I swapped one of the balls on the Jobanana barbel for the larger one and everything is now fine.
I am very happy with the product, price and delivery and will definitely make Jobanana my first stop for piercing jewelry.
